Eligibility/Qualification–
| Qualifications | (1) The candidate should have a PhD degree in Computational/Theoretical Chemistry/Physics (2) A candidate who has submitted his/her thesis for the award of a PhD degree in Computational/Theoretical Chemistry/Physics is also eligible to apply. Should have at least one publication in science citation indexed (SCI) journal. |
| Relevant Experience | (1) The candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in classical and/or quantum mechanical molecular dynamics (MD) simulation techniques. (2) The candidate should have extensive experience in using MD simulation packages, such as GROMACS, NAMD, AMBER, etc. (3) The candidate should have good programming skill in any language. (4) Prior experience in MD simulations of large biomolecules, such as proteins is desirable. (5) Prior experience in using multicore CPU/GPU based HPC computing platform is desirable, but not essential. (6) The candidate should have at least one publication on biomolecular systems in any reputed ISI-indexed journal. Age Limit on the date of Advertisement: Upper age limit is 35 year.
