About- The post of Senior Project Associate for the intramural project entitled “Studies on the structure, function, stability of the virulence factors/regulators involved in staphylococcal pathogenesis” is vacant. The position is tenable for a maximum period of three (03) years.

Eligibility/Qualification–

| Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized University or equivalent; and At least four (04) years’ experience in Atmospheric Physics research. OR Doctoral Degree in Science from a recognized University or equivalent with atmospheric Physics background | 40 | 42,000/- + HRA |
* Relaxation of age in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Govt. rules.
Job/Position Description-
A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 26th April, 2022 at 12:00 noon in the Physics
Seminar Room of Unified Academy Campus, Bose Institute, Block-EN, Plot No-80, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata- 700091 for one (01) position of Senior Project Associate for the intramural project entitled “Comprehensive study of urban heat island condition (UHI), its response during heat wave conditions and interdependence on local climatic variability over Kolkata urban agglomeration using surface and satellite observations and numerical simulations using WRF coupled with Urban Canopy Model (UCP)” under Prof. Sanjay K. Ghosh, Department of Physics. The position is tenable upto 31.12.2023.

Eligible and interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Registrar(Officiating), Bose Institute, Block-EN, Plot No. -80, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700 091 along with complete Bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards and stating the area of research experience with self attested photocopy of Certificates, Mark-sheets. Candidates should also bring original mark-sheets, certificates, testimonials etc. at the time of interview.
No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the interview.
