About- Established under the Central Universities Act, 2009 (Section 25 of 2009) as Central University of Bihar (CUB) and the name since changed by the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014 to Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) is an institution of higher learning in the state of Bihar. With the motto, i.e. ‘Collective Reasoning’ the University has been conducting its academic and administrative activities from temporary premises in Patna and Gaya and looking forward to shifting to the permanent campus on a 300 acre plot of land at Panchanpur (near Gaya town).Project Research Scientist-I Position in CUSB, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, India
Research/Job Area- Life Sciences/Biotechnology
Location- Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, Bihar
Eligibility/Qualification–
- M.Sc./Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology
- or Equivalent with minimum 60% marks or minimum CGPA of 7.0 on a 10-point scale
- At least 2 years of research experience after master degree
- Candidate having experience in stem cell culture and organoid culture/ Molecular and cellular assays/ transduction/transfection, flow cytometry, mice model handling.

Job Profile | The primary focus areas of the project are: T cell isolation, T-ipsc generation and culture T-ipsc transfection/transduction and T cell differentiation Organoid generation and culture Mice treatment with T cells and their study ‘ Project management, Manuscript writing, travel to different Co-PI places related to project work or as assigned by the PI/Co-PIs. |
