Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Oncology, Biology, or similar fields.
  • Experience in laboratory research.
  • Strong understanding of molecular biology and oncology principles.
  • Knowledge of ctDNA testing, including ddPCR and NGS.
  • Ambition, motivation, and creativity are essential.
  • Proficiency in English.

Description

The project aims to optimize surveillance for stage III melanoma patients post-surgery by analyzing ctDNA dynamics. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Optimization of melanoma surveillance assays.
  • Conducting molecular analysis of ctDNA data.
  • Development of multimodal classifiers.
  • Designing research studies and manuscript preparation.
