Eligibility/Qualification–
| Eligibility criteria Essential qualifications | First Class Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG degrees in Life sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaco-informatics, bioinformatics, computational biology and allied sciences. Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD For Engineering/IT/CS – First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years |
| Desirable qualifications | 3-4 years’ experience after master’s degree in NGS data analysis (RNAseq, Single cell data, Exome / whole genome) using HPC. Expertise in coding and knowledge of R is must |
Project Description-
Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the following positions under the ICMR project titled “Exploring the pathobiology of brain aging in Indian population: developing a public domain reference atlas and spatial transcriptome facility for aging research”.
