IIT Ropar, India invites applications for Post-Doctoral Research Associate Position at IIT Ropar from eligible and interested candidates.
About- IIT Ropar – Technology and Innovation Foundation (TIF) is a Section – 8 company founded to support the initiatives of recently established Technology Innovation Hub – AWaDH (Agriculture and Water Technology Development Hub) at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar in the framework of National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM – ICPS) by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The TIF supports the R&D in the domain of Agriculture and Water and provides incubation support to technology-based start-ups towards sustainable agriculture and the environment.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential qualifications: Ph.D. degree holders or having Thesis submission certificate around the area of materials electrochemistry are eligible to apply.
Upper age limit: 35 years (Relaxation as per Gol norms is applicable).
Job/Position Description-
Dedicated and hardworking candidates are invited to apply for a Postdoctoral position (01) under the mentorship of Associate Professor Dr. Tharamani C. Nagaiah, Department of Chemistry, IIT Ropar. The candidate should have strong background on Materials Electrochemistry to work on electrocatalysis/batteries. The position is contractual and renewable for up to Two years (Total duration) based on the candidate’s satisfactory performance, which will be renewed every six months.
Emoluments: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 60000/- per month.
