About- The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), an autonomous institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites applications for faculty positions at various levels including Professor, Associate Professor, and Reader. These positions are available in a wide range of disciplines, including Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Biology and Life Sciences, Computer Science, Learning, Information and Data Science, and Science Education Research. The institute is looking for outstanding researchers with a Ph.D. and exceptional research achievements to lead vibrant research programs and contribute to the TIFR Graduate School.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Minimum Qualifications: A Ph.D. from a recognized institution in any sub-area of the aforementioned research areas.
Postdoctoral Experience: Relevant postdoctoral research experience is encouraged.
For Fresh Ph.D. Holders: Outstanding candidates with a fresh Ph.D. may also apply for the entry-level faculty positions.
Experience for Senior Positions: Applicants with proven research leadership and significant postdoctoral research experience will be considered for Associate Professor or Professor level positions.
