Eligibility/Qualification–

Qualifications and pay scales are in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE 2019 (for Engineering/Pharmacy), and U.P. State Government rules.

Assistant Professor: Requires a Master’s degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in a relevant subject, and must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. degree.
Associate Professor: Requires a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines, a minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position, and a minimum API/Research score of 75.
Professor: Requires an eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, a minimum of ten years of teaching experience, and a minimum API/Research score of 120.

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality lectures and conducting practical sessions.
Engaging in active research, publishing in NIRF-recognized journals, and securing research projects.
Curriculum development, including the creation of ICT-mediated teaching-learning pedagogy (MOOCs/E-content).
Participating in administrative and departmental activities as assigned by the University.
