About- The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is one of six departments in the School of Biomedical Sciences. Research and teaching in the department encompasses six broad themes: cell biology, signal transduction, host/pathogen interaction, structural biology, immunology and developmental biology. Eligibility/Qualification– The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be responsible for undertaking a research project involving the characterisation of multi-protein complexes involved in transcription regulation, their assembly, isolation and stabilisation for subsequent structural characterisation with cryogenic electron microscopy.
