The host laboratory is interested in local vs. systemic inflammation, immunoregulation, organismal immunometabolism, inter-organ communication and tissue pathology. We employ cutting-edge technologies (e.g. mouse genetics, virus reverse genetics, single cell sequencing, metabolomics, metabolite tracing, CRISPR screens, computational biology) in order to unravel the molecular underpinnings of inflammation.
Several projects are available which will benefit from established in vivo disease models, preliminary data, strong bioinformatics support, access to world class core facilities (e.g. sequencing, metabolomics, proteomics, drug screens) and an international and highly collaborative environment.
How to Apply- Eligible and interested candidate can apply online.
Submit your application include a cover letter, CV, academic transcripts, and contact details of three referees.
