Eligibility/Qualification–
- Ph.D degree in Engineering/Technology (Relevant Expertise in the field of Microwave and Antenna Technology, RF and Microwave Engineering, Next Generation Communication Technology and similar) from a recognized University. Those who have submitted their PhD thesis and are awaiting award of the degree are also eligible to apply.
- At list one IEEE Journal/ Letter publication and/or a total of minimum 2 SCI Journal publications with experience in CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB and operating measurement instruments such as VNA, Spectrum Analyser, Anechoic Chamber, and other similar will be given preference.
- The upper age limit for the fellowship is 35 years at the time of the submission of application.
Job/Position Description-

- Number of Posts: 02 (For 941)
- Duration of the Post: Initially for 6 months extendable up to 1 year
- Name of the temporary research project :“6G: THz Test bed with Orbital Angular Momentum and
Multiplexing”& “Design and simulation of Luneburg Lens and Hemispherical Dielectric Lens Focal Planar array for simultaneous multiple beams”
- Name of the sponsoring Agency: Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, &Indian Space Research Organisation, Department of Space, Government of India.
- Consolidated Fellowship/Salary:
- For Junior Research Fellow: – Rs. 37000/- per month plus HRA as per GoI norms rules
- For Post-Doctoral Fellow: – Rs. 58,000/- per month (consolidated) and Rs. 42,000/ – per month for candidates who have submitted the thesis but degree not awarded.
