- Age Limit: Age should be 35 years or below by 31st October, 2025
- Desirable qualification: Needs to have expertise in computational biology (MD simulations with CHARMM36 all atom force-fields using GROMACS) and needs to have detailed knowledge about post MD simulation trajectory analysis. A position for Project Scientist I is available in the research group of Prof. Rituparna Sinha Roy, Professor, Dept. of Biological Sciences, IISER Kolkata. The duty involves Computational Biology work.
Computational Job description:
Postdoctoral scientist needs to have expertise in computational biology (MD simulations with CHARMM36 all atom force-fields using GROMACS) and needs to have detailed knowledge about post MD simulation trajectory analysis. He/she needs to have detailed knowledge about peptide and protein conformation and force-field development of unnatural amino acids.

- Funding agency: Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.

- Remuneration. Rs. 56000+24 % HRA = Rs. 56000+ Rs.13440 = Rs. 69440 (consolidated)
- Tenure: Approximately 3 months, it can be extended based on the terms and condition of the project and the performance of the candidate.
