About- The Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar) is inviting applications for a temporary research associate position in the School of Infrastructure. The project is titled “Implementation of World Bank Assisted Program on Rejuvenating Watersheds for Agricultural Resilience through Innovative Development REWARD: Odisha.” The funding agency is DSC&WD, Govt. of Odisha. The initial appointment is for one year, with possible performance-based extension up to two years or until the project’s end. The selection process will be based on interview. Interested candidates can apply online by February 18, 2024. Selection will be done through online interaction with shortlisted candidates.

Eligibility/Qualification–

School of Basic Sciences

Qualifications: First class in M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemical Science/Chemistry/Natural Product from a recognized University or Institution.
Relevant Experience: Research experiences in the field of marine natural product isolation, characterization, purification, extraction optimization, structure determination/ Research experiences in multistep organic synthesis and natural product synthesis.

School of Mechanical Sciences

Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/Computer Sciences/ Electronics or any relevant branch of Engineering with 65% or 7.00 CGPA with one year of experience (or) PhD in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics engineering/ Robotics engineering/Artificial Intelligence/ Computer Science/ Electronics or any relevant branch of engineering.
Relevant Experience: Python/C/C++/MATLAB programming, AI and Deep Learning and MS Office (Prior knowledge of AI and ML is mandatory)

Qualifications: Ph.D in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design OR M.Tech/M.S in VLSI Design/IC Design related areas, preferably with relevant experience in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design evident through publications/patents/reports/thesis.
