Eligibility/Qualification–

PhD in Molecular Biology / Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with three years of experience in Cancer immunotherapies

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute cancer biology and molecular biology experiments.
Lead research activities involving CRISPR/Cas systems, aptamer development, and biosensors.
Perform and interpret NGS and bioinformatics analyses.
Integrate microfluidic platforms with molecular sensing strategies.
Supervise junior project staff and contribute to project planning and reporting.
Prepare technical reports, manuscripts, and grant documentation.

Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited for the temporary post of Project Research Scientist – III [Non-Medical], Department of Engineering Design, IIT Madras.

Co-ordinator: Prof. Tuhin Subhra Santra, Department of Engineering Design.

Duration: Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance.

Post	Pay
Project Research Scientist- III	Rs. 78,000/- per month plus 30% HRA

The role requires independent research capability and contribution to high-impact translational outcomes.
