Eligibility/Qualification–

  • Common Requirement: All applicants must have a Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline with a First Class in preceding degrees (Bachelor’s onwards).
  • Assistant Professor Grade II (Level 10): Ph.D. with no mandatory post-PhD experience.
  • Assistant Professor Grade I (Level 12): Ph.D. with 3 years post-PhD experience OR 6 years total teaching/research/industrial experience. Requires 20 cumulative credit points.
  • Associate Professor (Level 13A2): Ph.D. with 6 years post-PhD experience (at least 3 years at Level 12) OR 9 years total experience (at least 3 years post-PhD and 3 years at Level 12). Requires 50 cumulative credit points.
