Here’s what matters. You’ll work on a DRDO-funded project focused on enhancing heat dissipation in SSPL GaN HEMT structures using CVD diamond integration. The role involves experimental work, characterization, data analysis, and coordination with the Solid State Physics Laboratory team. You’ll support technical documentation, project reports, and contribute to the scientific direction of the project.
