About- Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi invites applications from Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate (RA-I) under a sponsored research project titled “Design and Analysis of 6G Wireless Networks in Quantum Era: A New Paradigm in Communication Engineering.” The appointment is purely contractual and offers an opportunity to work in cutting-edge areas like quantum communications, QKD, and next-generation wireless networks.

Eligibility/Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill one of the following:
- Ph.D. in Physics / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical Engineering (EE)
OR - M.E./M.Tech/MS(R) in relevant fields with minimum 3 years of research, teaching, or design & development experience and at least one SCI-indexed publication
Project-Specific Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python and MATLAB programming
- Background in quantum communications / QKD / quantum optics
Additional Notes:
- 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST candidates
- Salary for retired/superannuated government employees will be as per IRD norms
