Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential Qualification:

[Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Application/Computer Science] or [having 3 years of research, teaching, and development experience after M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Application/Computer Science] with at least one research paper published in Science Citation Index (SCI) or SCIE journal. Note: GATE/NET qualified candidates are preferable.

Desirable Skills:

Candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Full-Stack Software Development and Python will be given preference.

Security Division of the MeitY, Govt of India project undertaken at Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Pune.

Consolidated Monthly Fellowship	Rs.58,000/-per month + HRA (30%)
Research Area of the Project and Title of the Project	Digital Forensics / Cyber Security / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning “Next Generation Data Carving and Preservation Tool for Storage Drive Forensics”
Sponsoring Agency	The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India.
Duration of the Positions	The position is initially up to 31^st March 2026, with the possibility of extension for an additional one year, subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance.
