Eligibility/Qualification–
Candidates should have a PhD in Physics. The candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also apply.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for one research associate (RA) fellow to work in Femtosecond Laser Lab at IISER Mohali.
The selected candidates will participate in ongoing research in the design and development of silk-based force/torque sensors, detection of radiation pressure and laser-silk interaction. Proven experience with table-top experiments, particularly building optical setups and working with lasers at PhD level is essential.
Essential duties of the selected candidate include assisting PhD students, developing laser experiments, writing publications and project reports.
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 12 months
Emoluments: Payments of emoluments will be made as per GoI norms.
