AIIMS, Bathinda, Punjab, India, invites applications for the Scientist (Non-Medical) Position at AIIMS from eligible and interested candidates
About- AIIMS Bathinda invites applications for purely temporary, project-based positions under the DHR-ICMR Advanced Medical Oncology Diagnostic Services (DIAMONDS) project in the Department of Pathology. Eligible candidates are invited to attend a Walk-In Interview for the posts of Scientist-C (Non-Medical) and Research Assistant.

Eligibility/Qualification–
🔹 Scientist-C (Non-Medical)
Essential Qualification
- M.Sc. (Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
OR - MPH / MHA / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- OR PhD with 2 years R&D / Teaching experience
- Knowledge of computer applications, data management, and business intelligence tools
Desirable
- Experience with REDCap, Cancer Registry
- PhD in relevant discipline
🔹 Research Assistant
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Desirable
- Experience with online databases & management software (REDCap, Octalsoft, Accelant, IBM Clinical Development)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification
- Experience in Cancer Registry
- Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi & English (oral & written)
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
