About- AIIMS Bathinda invites applications for purely temporary, project-based positions under the DHR-ICMR Advanced Medical Oncology Diagnostic Services (DIAMONDS) project in the Department of Pathology. Eligible candidates are invited to attend a Walk-In Interview for the posts of Scientist-C (Non-Medical) and Research Assistant.

Eligibility/Qualification– 

🔹 Scientist-C (Non-Medical)

Essential Qualification

• M.Sc. (Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
  OR
• MPH / MHA / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• OR PhD with 2 years R&D / Teaching experience
• Knowledge of computer applications, data management, and business intelligence tools

Desirable

• Experience with REDCap, Cancer Registry
• PhD in relevant discipline

🔹 Research Assistant

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

Desirable

• Experience with online databases & management software (REDCap, Octalsoft, Accelant, IBM Clinical Development)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification
• Experience in Cancer Registry
• Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi & English (oral & written)
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ensure compliance with ICMR & AIIMS guidelines
