Location- New Delhi

Eligibility/Qualification–

For Tenure post

Essential
(i) Ph.D. Degree in Science or Technology from a recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 15 (fifteen) years post Ph.D. experience of management/ coordination of S&T related programs/ scientific projects, preferably international programs in Central/ State Government Departments/ UTs/ Autonomous organizations/ Statutory Bodies/ Universities and Science and Technology Institutions out of which at least 2 years regular service at Level 13 in the Pay Matrix/ Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 in PB Rs.37400-67000 (pre-revised). Should have good knowledge of co-ordination work associated with Professional Societies, Academies, programs, activities, and overall scientific community in the country. Should have high competency and established peer reputation.
Desirable: Should have fairly good knowledge of financial/ Personnel/ General Administration rules of Govt. of India.

For Deputation/ Short term contract basis

Essential
(i) Ph.D. Degree in Science or Technology from a recognized University.
(ii) Holding Analogous post with minimum 15 (fifteen) years post Ph.D. experience of management/ coordination of S&T related programs/ scientific projects preferably international programs in Central/ State Government Departments/ UTs/ Autonomous organizations/ Statutory Bodies/ Universities and Science and Technology Institutions. Or
Minimum 15 (fifteen) years post Ph.D. experience of management/ coordination of S&T related programs/ scientific projects, preferably international programs in Central/ State Government Departments/ UTs/ Autonomous organizations/ Statutory Bodies/ Universities and Science and Technology Institutions out of which at least 2 years regular service at Level of 13 in the Pay Matrix/ Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 in PB Rs.37400-67000 (pre-revised).
