Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata, India, invites applications for Faculty Recruitment at NSOU from eligible and interested candidates.

About- Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), having its Head Quarters at DD-26, Salt Lake City, Sector-I, Kolkata-700064 and three Regional Centres at Kalyani, Jalpaiguri and Durgapur invites applications for the following teaching posts from Indian Nationals. Applications must reach the University within 14.11.2022 (Monday) during office hours (within 5.00 PM) on all working days. Applications must be submitted in duplicate in the prescribed proforma as given on University Website and submitted at the University Headquarters (in the respective drop box) at DD – 26, 5th Floor, Salt Lake City, Sector – I, Kolkata – 700 064 or may be sent by post. The envelope containing the application must indicate the name of the post applied for, including its reservation status in bold.

Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited from the retired teachers from any college/ University/HEI recognized by University Grant Commission for the full time faculty position completely on temporary basis in the Department of Zoology, School of Sciences, NSOU.

Interested applicants are requested to appear in a Walk-in-Interview with their updated CV along with retirement certification and last pay slip endorsed by the competent authority at the Head Quarters of NSOU at DD-26, Salt Lake, Sector-I, Kolkata 700064.

The Walk- in- Interview will be held on 20.01.2023 at 2 p.m. in the Board Room (3^rd floor) of HQ, NSOU.

Application fee must be submitted in Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000/- (rupees one thousand) only in favour of “Netaji Subhas Open University” payable at Kolkata at the time of interview.

Candidates appearing for the interview will not be entitled to claim any regular appointments/absorption in this institute. No TA & DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
