Eligibility/Qualification– The essential minimum academic qualification for the posts of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor must be PhD in respective discipline and shall have First Class (at least 6.5 CGPA on a scale of 10 or equivalent or 60% aggregate) in preceding degree. Candidates having Ph.D. degree directly after B.Tech. are also eligible and they should have obtained First Class at Bachelor’s level.
Job/Position Description- IIIT Tiruchirappalli invites online applications from individuals having Ph.D. degree from reputed institutions from India and abroad with an excellent academic record and high quality research, and commitment towards teaching for faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade I & II) and Associate Professor in various disciplines.
– For the candidates other than SC/ST/PWD/Women Category: Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One
thousand only) per department
– For SC/ ST Category: Rs.500 (Rupees Five hundred only) per department
– For Woman Candidates & PWD Category: No fee is required.
