Eligibility/Qualification–
Ph.D. in relevant discipline: ₹70,000/month
M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent Master’s Degree in relevant discipline: ₹55,000/month
Maximum age limit: 60 years

Job/Position Description-
The National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal invites applications for the Temporary Faculty positions in various departments/schools for the academic year 2025–2026. The appointment is purely temporary for 5 months (extendable by another 5 months). The recruitment will be through walk-in interviews scheduled on 28th July 2025.

Temporary Faculty for teaching and related academic duties
The appointment is purely temporary with no claim for permanent employment
Candidates must carry original and self-attested copies of relevant documents along with the duly filled application form
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
Candidates are expected to join immediately if selected
The institute reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process
