Eligibility/Qualification–

The Educational Qualifications will be as per the prevailing AICTE/UGC guidelines.

Candidates who have been awarded Ph.D. from foreign Universities should enclose an “Equivalence Certificate” issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, without which their candidature will not be considered, and their application will be rejected. However, those who have acquired a Ph.D. degree from Foreign University through nomination by MHRD’s Foreign scholarship program will be exempted from the Equivalency Certificate.

Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited for Guest Faculty positions in various Schools of the University on contract basis for the Academic Session 2024-25. Candidates may apply online through the link available on the University website www.hbtu.ac.in under the tab, “Guest Faculty Recruitment” The Selection of Guest Faculty will be based on the Academic Credentials, a Written Test (MCQ type) followed by Interview, if shortlisted.

The Guest Faculty will be engaged on full time basis for a period of 11 month or till the time direct recruitment/expiry of lien of faculty/the completion of Academic Session 2024-25, whichever is earlier. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis and no claim for regular appointment shall be entertained by the University at any time.

Honorarium (in Rs.)- Rs. 750/per contact hour subject to maximum of Rs. 40000/- per month (as per UP state Govt. norms.)

How to Apply-

Interested and Eligible Candidates are required to fill online application form available on the University website till 5:00 PM on 17.07.2024

The candidates are required to submit the application fee of Rs. 1000/- (for UR/OBC) or Rs. 500 – (for SC/ST) as applicable through the payment link available on the online application form.
All eligible Candidates shall be required to appear for a Written Test scheduled on 19/07/2024. The duration of Written Test will be 30 minutes and it will have 30 MCQs.
