National Institute of Technology Sikkim, India invites application for Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) Post from eligible and interested candidates
About- Institute is operating from a temporary campus at Ravangla, situated at an altitude of 2100 meters. The terrain is hilly, and the weather remains cold and wet throughout the year. Moreover, there is very limited infrastructure within the present campus. Accommodation may not be provided to the selected candidate.

Eligibility/Qualification–
For Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF):
Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent with specialization in Information/Network Security. Candidates who have submitted PhD thesis is also eligible. Having publications in SCI journal is desirable.
For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Sc. & Engg. / Information Technology or equivalent with specialization in Information/Network Security from an Institute of National Importance/ AICTE-approved University/Institution with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA (out of 10) in both B.E/B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech. (For SC/ST candidates 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA)
- A GATE/NET qualification certificate is mandatory.
Research publication in Information/Network Security is desirable.
