Eligibility/Qualification-
Essential Qualifications: i) Ph.D. in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering/Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental/Civil Engineering with prior proven expertise in CCUS technologies or iron & steelmaking or sustainability/life cycle/exergy/environmental impact assessment of processes, etc. ii) Minimum one publication in SCI/Scopus indexed journal.
Desirable Qualifications: 1. Hands-on experience on LCA software such as GABI, SIMAPRO, etc; 2. Research experience on iron & steelmaking process technologies.

Fellowship and allowances: Rs. 58,000/- monthly + 24% House rent allowance (consolidated Rs 70,000 – 85,000/month). Accommodation inside the IITH campus is subject to availability at the time of joining. This position is initially for 6 months and can be extended subsequently based on satisfactory performance and fund availability.
