Eligibility/Qualification–
Research Associate-II (GAP-92)
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biotech with 2 first-author SCI publications
- Desirable: Experience in plant genome editing
Project Associate-I (GAP-92 & GAP-59)
- M.Sc/M.Tech in Botany/Biotech/Microbiology/Life Sciences
- GATE/NET qualified for GAP-59
- Desirable: Tissue culture, microbial fermentation, enzyme purification
Research Associate-I (GAP-94, GAP-93, NABI-CORE, NABI-CIAB)
- Ph.D. in relevant fields (Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, etc.)
- Desirable: GC-MS, metagenomics, BGC analysis, bioinformatics, solid material characterization
Senior Research Fellow (GAP-94)
- M.Sc in Life Sciences + NET/GATE/GPAT + 2 years’ experience
- Desirable: HPLC/LC-MS, RNA-seq, GWAS
Junior Research Fellow (Own Fellowship)
- M.Sc in Life Sciences with national fellowship
- Desirable: Microbiology, NGS analysis
Field Assistant (GAP-94)
- B.Sc/3-Year Diploma in Engg/Tech
- Desirable: Greenhouse/field experience
Job/Position Description-
The National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali, invites applications for various research positions under funded projects in cutting-edge domains including genome editing, plant biotechnology, metagenomics, microbiome research, agri-waste utilization, and enzyme production.
