About- IT is a private non-profit research institute in Portugal, an association of seven Portuguese universities and two companieswith research and development in the broad area of telecommunications. Research/Job Area- Analog and RF IC Design Automation
Location- instituto superior técnico de portugal
Eligibility/Qualification–
PhD degree, Experience in research area of Analog and RF IC Design Automation with at least 5 journal and 10 conference paper published in the last 5 years.
Job/Position Description- The work plan consists of exploring innovative machine learning techniques for a computationally-efficient variability and reliability-aware design and self-healing circuits and systems. The work must be integrated in the in-house analog IC design automation environment, AIDAsoft, and should lead to publications in top journal and conferences in the area of electronic design automation.
