Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited for the regular PhD Positions in Optoelectronics Nanodevice Research Laboratory in Department of Electrical Engineering in the following areas:

Integrated Optoelectronics
Silicon Photonics; Integrated CMOS Photonics
Microwave Photonics
Devices for Optical Communication & Interconnects
Device Fabrication

PhD Positions – Candidates with CSIR-UGC’s NET(JRF) or any other fellowship are strongly encouraged to apply.
